Why is there a message that the gift card is not valid when entering the code, even though the date on the card is valid?

The gift card works if the amount of the selected item is at least the same or greater than that indicated on the gift card.

Can gift cards be used after the deadline?

No. The gift card has a unique serial number, which is registered in our database on the date of purchase. The gift card is valid according to shown dates.

Can several gift cards be used at the same time for payment?

Unfortunately, it is not available in the online store. There is no such restriction in our Küütri street 2 store.

 

PURCHASE FOR KINDERGARTENS, SCHOOLS AND OTHER GOVERNMENT AGENCIES

Can you also send an e-invoice (in xml format) when ordering?

From 1 July 2019, sending e-invoices to the public sector became mandatory. We will send the e-invoice required by the invoicing system directly to the payer. To do this, you need to know (attach to the order) the payer's name and registration number.

 

VISA AND MASTERCARD PAYMENTS

EveryPay supports Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

If payment with these cards fails, make sure your card is open for online payments and affiliated with the secure online shopping program. In addition to the above, the reason for rejecting a transaction may also be, for example:

* card or period limit exceeded
* Incorrect 3D authentication password
* Incorrect card validity or CVC code

EveryPay does not support Maestro, Amex and Diners card payments.

 

DELIVERY

How do I receive the products ordered from the webshop?

We will send the parcels on the same working day when the money has been transferred into our account but no later than 5 pm. We will post orders placed on the weekends on Monday. Delivery time depends on the transport company and is usually between 1-3 working days. It may vary before and during the holidays.

 

ORDERING

I placed an order but I haven't received the document to pay by email?

First, please check your email inbox for spam, promotion, etc. to see if you can find the order confirmation there. If not, please write to our e-mail: info@lamellpuit.ee or call +372 51 01 869. When ordering, enter the e-mail address that you use on a daily basis. Before confirming your order, make sure that your email address is typed in correctly.

Why does the possibility of using a parcel machine sometimes disappear when ordering?

Some products (e.g. kites, umbrellas, etc.) are so large that they do not fit into a parcel machine and therefore you can use the courier service or pick up the goods yourself.
