The Goods shall be delivered to the Buyer using third party transport service providers (hereinafter: Carrier of the Goods). If desired, the Buyer can pick up the goods at the Naerupauna store (at Küütri 2, 51007, Tartu, Estonia):

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

The prices of delivery services are valid according to the price list. All prices related to the delivery of goods are displayed in euros and include VAT of the Republic of Estonia and applicable packing and transport costs.

If the Buyer is a consumer (within the meaning of § 34 of the LPA), the risk of accidental destruction and damage of the thing passes to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the thing, even if the transferor of the goods is the carrier of the Goods.

If the Buyer is a legal person (within the meaning of §24 of the CCP), the risk of accidental destruction and damage of the thing passes to the Buyer at the moment when the goods are handed over to the carrier of the Goods.

If the Carrier of the Goods is not used for the delivery of the Goods, the risk of accidental destruction and damage of the Goods shall pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the Goods. Delivery is also considered to have taken place if the Buyer delays in receiving the goods. The shipment will be sent to the address specified by the Buyer.

 If the Buyer is a consumer (within the meaning of § 34 of the LPA), please inspect the delivered goods in detail upon receipt and inform us of any damage caused during transportation.

The buyer of a legal person (within the meaning of § 24 of the CCP) or a person authorized by a legal person is obliged to inspect the delivered goods in detail and identify possible damage caused during transport.

Legal entities must ensure that any transport or packaging damage discovered is recorded and reported in writing by the courier delivering the goods prior to receipt of the goods.
